CURRENT OPENINGS

TECHNICAL EDITORS*

Post graduates in Science with minimum one-year experience and well versed in proof-reading of scientific text and math.

COPY EDITORS*

Candidates with PhD or Post graduates with first class in Science/Maths and having excellent command in written and spoken English. Should have minimum one-year experience in copy editing.

Note:

Post graduate students who are expecting their final year results could also apply for "trainee" position in the copy editing department.

Candidates with good experience and flair for language could also be considered as Language Editors.

INDESIGN/LaTeX DEVELOPERS

Software developer with minimum one-year experience with Adobe InDesign scripts (VB Java Scripts).

MS WORD DEVELOPER

Software developer with minimum one year experience with VBA knowledge.

PAGINATORS

Graduates with minimum one-year experience in TeX/3B2/InDesign/Word or related typesetting software.

ARTWORK STAFF

Graduate/diploma in printing with minimum one-year experience in Photoshop and Illustrator.

XML OPERATORS

Candidates with one-year experience in XML workflow.

PRE-EDITORS

Graduates with excellent skills in MS Word. At least one-year experience in data conversion and proof-reading for style. Knowledge of TeX is an added advantage.

HARDWARE ENGINEER

Diploma in electronics and communication with exposure to PC and networking. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in servicing scanners and Laser printers. *Engineering graduates are also considered for post graduate positions.
