From my experience, I would say that SPS is one of the Pioneer in registering the Pre-press culture in India and was successful even before the BPO boom. It has got a very strong client base, disciplined/structured workflow, trustworthy-experienced loyal staffs (espians) working towards a common goal with the help of well organized software and hardware support.

We as a company had grown from < 25 staff in the year 1995 to the current level of 1500+ espians is an achievement by itself and it was possible not only because of each & every staff’s technical skill-set and their completeness, but also because of the excellent infrastructure and working platform provided by the management.

Since our daily work involved undergoes an organized systematic way of working across all departments and focusing towards the intricate details of each project and since we also have a Q.C. check at all levels within each department, the possibility of errors are almost nil. That helps our clients to have trust in us and which enables us in-turn to deliver the projects in short TAT.

I came from a town to Chennai only with a degree qualification. During that time, I was worried about my future career. Fortunately, a gate opened for me. Yes! That is SPS. I joined as Key board operator. I was very much scared when I entered the office for the first time. But I got a chance to achieve and prove my worth. Within one year, I was promoted as a Paginator. These days, I really enjoy my work and very much concerned about the growth of SPS. I am very proud to work in SPS. I thank SPS for giving me a chance to pursue my career with SPS.

In the midst of growing companies, I feel SPS holds a special place. SPS grows better and better with years. The very first day I stepped into SPS, I was mesmerized by the way it expressed employee wit and style. You can nowhere find a company which makes its employees so comfortable and make them feel as if in a homely environment.
